Briarwood 3m Apron Flashing with Polyester Paint Coating
Our Briarwood Apron Flashings, manufactured at our Highbridge Headquarters, are crafted from high-quality, multi-layered galvanised steel and feature a smooth, durable Polyester Paint finish.
These metal Apron Flashings have an internal angle of 110 degrees, with the flexibility to adjust by 10-15 degrees during installation, allowing for easy application.
The smooth Polyester Paint coating can last 20 years or more in standard conditions, providing moderate resistance to scratches and minor damage.
Each flashing includes a 10mm safety welt for improved handling and to give your building a professional, finished appearance.
For secure installation, fasten the Apron Flashings to roofing sheets with 22mm Stitcher Screws, ensuring a 200mm overlap between adjoining Flashings.
These Apron Flashings are also available in PVC Plastisol and plain Galvanised finishes.
Please note: These flashings, sized at 200mm x 200mm, provide a coverage of 190mm x 190mm due to the 10mm safety welt.
Our Polyester Paint Flashings come with a protective film. For best results, remove the film after installation, or if storing in direct sunlight or damp conditions, to prevent sticking.
