Our Briarwood Drip Tray Flashings, expertly crafted from high-quality galvanised steel at our Highbridge Headquarters, are designed for effective water runoff above windows and doors, ensuring a weatherproof seal to prevent leaks. Coated in a durable Polyester Paint finish, these flashings provide both functionality and an attractive finish, available in five colour options to complement your building’s design.
The Polyester Paint coating, a smooth 25-micron enamel layer, offers excellent resistance to weathering, ensuring long-lasting protection.
Each Drip Tray Flashing includes a 10mm safety welt, which enhances strength and makes handling safer during installation.
Our standard 3-metre flashings are sized at 80mm x 40mm x 20mm x 10mm, designed to create an efficient runoff course for rainwater. For custom sizes, simply provide your measurements, and we’ll do our best to meet your needs.
To install, place the drip tray flashing above windows or doors and secure to the roofing sheet with suitable fasteners, allowing for a secure and effective water barrier.
These Drip Tray Flashings are ideal for use with our 13/3 Corrugated, 32/1000 Box Profile, and 34/1000 Box Profile Roofing Sheets.
Our Polyester Paint-coated Drip Tray Flashings come with a protective film. For optimal results, remove this film after installation or if storing in direct sunlight or wet conditions to prevent adhesion issues.
