Briarwood 3m Drip Tray Flashing with PVC Plastisol Coating
Our Briarwood Drip Tray Flashings, manufactured from premium galvanised steel at our Highbridge Headquarters, are crafted to direct water runoff effectively above windows and doors, providing a reliable weatherproof seal. With a tough PVC Plastisol coating, these flashings are highly durable, offering excellent resistance to weathering and wear, and are available in a variety of colours to complement or contrast with your building.
The PVC Plastisol coating ensures a strong, long-lasting finish that’s well-suited for demanding environments.
Each Drip Tray Flashing includes a 10mm safety welt, adding structural strength and making handling safer during installation.
Our standard 3-metre flashings are sized at 80mm x 40mm x 20mm x 10mm, designed to create an efficient course for rainwater runoff. For custom dimensions, simply provide your measurements, and we’ll aim to accommodate your needs.
To install, position the drip tray flashing above windows or doors and secure it to the roofing sheet using appropriate fasteners, creating a secure barrier against water intrusion.
These Drip Tray Flashings are best suited for use with our 13/3 Corrugated, 32/1000 Box Profile, and 34/1000 Box Profile Roofing Sheets.
Our PVC Plastisol-coated Drip Tray Flashings are supplied with a protective film. For best results, remove this film after installation or if storing in direct sunlight or damp conditions to prevent adhesion issues.
