Introducing the Pattern 10 Fire Door from XL Joinery’s Oak Internal Doors range. Crafted with an engineered construction and A-Grade American White Oak Veneer finish, this fire-rated internal door combines safety and style.
The Pattern 10 Fire Door is available in three sizes and features an unfinished design, allowing for customisation. It is manufactured in the United Kingdom from sustainably sourced oak.
With a fire rating of up to 30 minutes, this door provides essential protection in case of emergencies. It offers peace of mind and is backed by a 10-year warranty.
This door requires the installation of three, 4-inch butt hinges and can be trimmed up to a maximum of 2mm on each side. The door will also require light sanding using 240g sandpaper to ensure a smooth finish after trimming. This will ensure that the door fits perfectly into the frame and opens and closes smoothly.
