Large Gothic Latch Black
Large Gothic Latch in black beeswax. A Suffolk Latch designed for large doors. This heavy thumb latch has spade shaped mounting plates and an exaggerated bow handle. Hand forged from mild steel with a black coating and beeswax finish. Co-ordinate with Arrow End T Hinges.

Tip: The thumb latch handle will always be fitted to the side of the door opening away from you. The latch bar is fitted to the side opening towards you. Please take this into account when choosing which way to hang your door.
Please note: Beeswax is used as a natural protective layer and can be sticky to touch. Excess wax can be removed with a mild solvent and a soft cloth. Maintain your hand forged item with an occasional rub of beeswax.
Not recommended for external use.
