Latch Set & Screw on Keeper Black
The Latch Set & Screw On Keeper Black is an alternative style to our classic latch sets and features a screw on keeper with a backplate. Latch sets are cupboard latches, designed for doors where access is required from one side only.
This traditional latch set is hand forged from mild steel and finished with a black coating and a layer of beeswax. The latch bar has a penny end design and co-ordinates with Penny End Black T Hinges.
Please note: Beeswax is used as a natural protective layer and can be sticky to touch. Excess wax can be removed with a mild solvent and a soft cloth. Maintain your hand forged latch with an occasional rub of beeswax. See also our handy article How To Care For Hand Forged Door Furniture.
